Why

A trademark is valid for 10 years. In order to remain active, the right must be renewed after 10 years. If you fail to do so (in time), your trademark right will expire and you will lose your protection.

Already have a trademark and it is due for renewal? In this case it is also advisable to check with a trademark attorney whether the trademark is still well-protected, if it is being used for the protected products or services and if a renewal is sufficient and/or additional protection is required.
