The i-Depot remains secret. When you create something original, such as a text, painting, or photograph, you automatically have copyright.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"stip-oranje\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipcolaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/stip-oranje.png\" alt=\"stip-oranje\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h4>What for<\/h4>\r\n<p>Copyright gives the creator of an original work exclusive rights to publish &amp; reproduce (exploitation rights) and personality rights.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"stip-oranje\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipcolaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/stip-oranje.png\" alt=\"stip-oranje\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h4>How<\/h4>\r\n<p>Copyright arises automatically when you create a &#8216;work&#8217;. So, you don&#8217;t have to register it separately. Copyright is valid 70 years after the death of the creator.<\/p>\r\n<p>It&#8217;s nice that you don&#8217;t need to register to invoke copyright.
